Our goal is to provide you with exceptional service. To provide timely delivery we begin processing orders immediately after an order has been placed. During the checkout process you may make changes to your order. However, once your order has been submitted it cannot be altered. We do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return anything you purchase.


We guarantee the quality of the products we sell in our stores and website.

If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase within 90 days, just bring it back. We'll issue a full refund in the form of the original payment so long as you provide proof of purchase (a receipt, gift receipt or gift registry showing the purchased item).  We don't charge a restocking fee, unless the product returned doesn't meet the conditions below.

The customer must initiate their claim within 90 days of the product delivery by contacting us via email at:

All products MUST be unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging.

Once approved for the return, the customer will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and RMA number.

Products must be packed for return in the original box with original packaging material.

The customer has 7 days from the issuance of the RMA to return the product.

Credit will be issued upon inspection of the returned product.

Incomplete product returns will receive a partial credit only at the discretion of Henry's Kitchen and the manufacturer

How long does it take for a refund?

After your merchandise has been received in our warehouse, we will issue you a refund to your credit card account within 4 business days. A refund by check will take up to 14 business days. The refund may not show up on your credit card billing statement for up to 2 billing cycles.
