    4 INTEREST-FREE INSTALLMENTS

    When you pay in 4, Klarna splits your purchase into 4 equal payments. Your first payment is collected when your order has been confirmed by Hamlin Kitchen. The remaining three payments are deducted automatically every two weeks from your chosen payment method.

    #Note: Shall you choose to buy without installments, klarna also offers pay in full option to purchase the product at once.

    HOW TO SHOP WITH KLARNA

    1. Find something you like and select 'Pay in 4 installments with Klarna' as the payment method on the checkout page.
    2. Place your order and pay the first installment. Split your payments over a period of time.
    3. Manage your orders and payments through the Klarna app. Payments are automatically charged every 2 weeks. In the event that you make a valid return, your Klarna invoicewill be updated.

    Review your latest purchases and pay any open balances by logging into your Klarna account at https://app.klarna.com/login. You can also chat with Klarna Customer Service in the Klarna App.

    How do I pay in 4 interest-free installments?

    When you pay in 4, Klarna splits your purchase into 4 equal payments. Your first payment is collected when your order has been confirmed by HamlinKitchen. The remaining three payments are deducted automatically every two weeks from your chosen payment method.

    Is there a fee to use 4 interest-free installments?

    There are no interest charges when you use 4 interest-free installments, and no fees when you make payments according to your schedule. If Klarna is unable to collect your payment on your scheduled payment date, Klarna will make a further attempt to automatically collect payment two days later. If this last payment attempt fails, Klarna will issue you a statement for the full outstanding amount that must be paid in the next 15 days, including any ate fees that may apply. You will receive a notification 2 days in advance of your due payment. The due date can also be monitored in the Klarna app.

    Will Klarna perform a credit check for 4 interest-free installments?

    Klarna may run so-called unrecorded enquiries (or soft credit searches) that do not affect credit scoring and are only visible to you and Klarna, but not visible to other lenders. Please review product terms for more information on this. https://www.klarna.com/us/

    Is my payment information safe? 

    Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No card details are transferred to or held by Banks Lyon. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.

    How does paying off installments work?

    • Orders are paid for in 4 interest free, bi-weekly installments.
    • You'll be asked to pay the first of the 4 installments once your order has been confirmed at checkout.
    • Installments 2,3 and 4 will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout bi-weekly, respectively.
    • You'll receive a reminder from Klarna 2 days before each installment is collected.

    Having trouble paying with Klarna Pay Later in 4?

    • Klarna may have rejected your application to pay on account. We'd recommend choosing another payment type or placing an order for a smaller amount.
    • Klarna may not have been able to check your details using the billing address that you've provided. You'll need to make sure that your billing address is the same address that your bank/credit cards is registered to.
    • You may have outstanding payments on previous Klarna purchases. Once these are paid off, try Pay Later in 4 with Klarna again. If you've recently paid off outstanding statements, please allow 24 hours before trying to pay through Klarna again.
    • You may have missed a required field at the checkout, such as filling in your Date of Birth.

    How do I return or exchange an item purchased with Klarna?

    You can return your Klarna purchase by mail for a refund. Please check that your return or exchange meets our return policy. When Hamlin Kitchen receives your return, Klarna will cancel any further scheduled payments and amount due. Any payments already made will be refunded to the debit or credit card provided at checkout. As soon as your return has been registered, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. You can find further information on your refund in the Klarna app. 

    What happens if I don't pay for my order? 

    Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your payment for your Pay later in 3 interest-free installments purchase at Banks Lyon from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. If we are unable to collect your payment on the scheduled due date Klarna will make one further attempt to automatically collect payment two days later.

    Should this last payment attempt fail, Klarna will issue you a statement for the full outstanding order amount which will become payable 15 days later. Klarna shall notify you when a payment is due two days in advance of attempting to collect your payment and you can always monitor the due date in Klarna app at your convenience. Your credit score will not be impacted by using Klarna’s ‘Pay later in 3 installments’ product even if you have failed to pay on time.
